Tsunami Trophy II Surf Rods

The Tsunami Trophy II Surf Rods are all new and better than ever. The second generation Trophy Surf are built on a totally new smaller diameter blank with high density graphite fiber construction. With a 70/30 ferrule system the two piece rods offers one piece feel and performance with the convenience of a two piece rod for storage and transportation. Tsunami's Trophy II Surf Rods offers more power, strength and durability as well as improved casting distance. To set these rods even further apart from competition they are outfitted with top quality non fouling guides that are specially designed to prevent line tangles and offer the utmost casting distance. These guides are light weight and corrosion resistant.

The Tsunami Trophy II Surf Rods are available in 13 models with everything from back bay (7' 1/2-2oz) to large extra heavy surf rod (12' 6-10oz). Tsunami also added two specialty rods to the line up with "D" designations. These rods have a parabolic action (meaning they load and bend deeper into the mid section and beyond) are made for the longest casts with small lures. These have the ability to cast lures 1oz and under a great distance. These two rods (8'6" & 10') are awesome for striped bass, false albacore and carp among many other species.

The fit and finish offered by Tsunami in all of their rods are par none for their price. The wraps are done right and they are finished with tough high gloss epoxy.
